The longest of the disciplines, the bike leg is always a balance between pushing on and saving enough for the run. Whether you are training for a 10k supersprint or a 180k IronMan bike leg, Tri Fitness Coaching will get you through it. Bike coaching takes place in Richmond Park, Bushy Park, Surrey Hills for longer rides or we can come to you.
The ability to run well off the bike is key to triathlon success. Pure running sessions and drills combined with 'brick' session (from bike to run) will give you the speed and endurance you need to feel good at the finish.
Quite rightly transition is known as the fourth discipline. Tri Fitness Coaching can help you learn the skills to transfer seemlessly from swim to bike (T1) and bike to run (T2) taking minutes off your overall time. We can run transition coaching at any venue with traffic free area of smooth tarmac, concrete or grass.
For some athletes, location, pressure of work or family life precludes them from committing to 1-2-1 coaching. However Tri Fitness Coaching can offer a work-around that delivers bespoke training plans and remote coached input at times that suit you.
