Tri Fitness Coaching offers remote coaching programmes for athletes whose schedule or location does not permit them to engage 1-2-1.
We offer bike box hire by the day or week as well as help and advice as to the best way of packing your bike ahead of your trip. Bike box hire starts at £4.99 per box per day

Head Strength and Conditioning Coach. Ben's passion is strength based training in the gym. He is a REPS/CIMSPA Level 2 & Level 3 qualified PT instructor.
